Our post-construction cleaning covers all the places dust hides, baseboards, vents, window sills, inside cabinets (if they’re empty), light fixtures, and more. We also take care of paint splatter, floor debris, and leave your space spotless and ready to live in.
Do I need to wait until all contractors are gone before booking a post-construction clean?
The workers are mostly done, but there’s still a few tools and materials lying around. Can I still schedule a cleaning now or should I wait?

Our move-out cleaning includes inside appliances, baseboards, cabinets, bathrooms, and more, it’s designed to meet the high standards landlords and property managers expect when handing over the keys.
How long does a move-out or post-renovation clean usually take?
The timeline depends on the size and condition of the home. A small apartment might be done in a few hours, but a large home with construction dust can take most of the day. We’ll give you a better estimate once we know more about the space.
Do I have to book a regular schedule?
Nope! We offer one-time, occasional, or recurring cleans, totally up to you. We’re not clingy.
